This beautiful villa is situated in the quiet village of Peristerona, about 15 minutes' drive to the beach at Polis and surrounded by the countryside of Polis and the Forest of Paphos. The villa has wonderful views towards the sea, the mountains and the Akamas. It is built on a large plot with mature trees. The lovely swimming pool is 8m by 4m and ithere is an additional children's pool. Around the pool is a terrace with sunbeds and garden furniture. There is a barbecue in the extensive and well established gardens with fruit trees and a small childrens play area.

The villa is built in traditional Cypriot style with arches and rattan ceilings. There is an open plan kitchen, sitting room and dining room. The sitting area has an open fireplace, sofas and chairs, a dining table and chairs, satellite TV, video, DVD, radio, cassette CD player, books and many games such as scramble. The kitchen area is fitted in wood with wall units and cupboards. There is a microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, gas hob and electric oven, with washing machine, iron and board in a special area under the stairs.

The three bedrooms have air-conditioning and central heating for the winter. The master bedroom is on the ground floor with a beautiful four poster bed and an en-suite bathroom. There are two further bedrooms, one double and one twin with ensuite shower rooms and doors opening onto the balcony upsatirs. All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside tables.
