This villa is a lovely air-conditioned, three-bedroomed villa with a beautiful swimming pool. It is set in an elevated position, giving wonderful panoramic views across vineyards to the mountains and beyond to the sea.

There are terraces with garden furniture where one can sit out or sunbathe and a lovely private swimming pool.

The villa has a large sitting room with two sofas and an armchair, coffee table, a TV and a fireplace. The dining area has a table and six dining chairs. The sitting room area has an attractive beamed ceiling and French-style windows which can be shuttered at night. These open onto a large veranda with some lovely views towards the sea.

A sliding door separates the living room from the fitted kitchen, which has a breakfast table and chairs and a doorway into the dining area. The kitchen has attractive natural wood fitted cupboards, a gas hob with an electric oven, large fridge/freezer, electric toaster and kettle, iron and board. The washing machine is situated in a utility room across from the rear kitchen.
