This lovely villa is in Tala, a large village near Paphos, and is about a 15 minute walk from local amenities. These include several tavernas and two shops selling provisions.

The swimming pool measures 10m x 4m and there is a terraced area where may guests can enjoy the beautiful sea views. A table and chairs, sun loungers and barbecue are all provided and there is a retractable awning providing welcome shade during the day.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric oven with gas hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, hand mixer, iron and board. There is a large basement area adjacent to the pool which houses a washing machine, tumble dryer and additional fridge. There is also a bathroom here.

The open plan sitting room is furnished with a large sofa, two armchairs, coffee table, television with DVD, video and CD/radio. There is a dining table with 8 chairs. The villa has a telephone and internet access is also available.

There are two double bedrooms with king sized beds, fitted wardrobes and dressing tables. The master bedroom also has an ensuite shower room. The third bedroom is furnished with two bunk beds and a sofa bed so larger families can be accommodated here. The main family bathroom has a bath with shower over, wash basin and wc.
